- We’ll ship your purchase through UPS Second Business Day Air.
- For your security, merchandise orders over $ 500 will only be shipped to the billing address for the method of payment you choose.
- You have 30 days from the day we sent the email to pick up your purchase.
Tracking Your Order:
We’ll send you an email – and a text if you choose that option – with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. You can also check the progress on the Order Status page on Ups.com website.
Estimated Arrival Date:
While we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date for your purchase, there are some factors that may cause that to change:
- Delays in credit approval
- Weather delays
- Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)
- The Estimated Arrival Date for each item will appear on the individual product information pages, in the Shopping Bag, throughout the Checkout process, and in the Order Confirmation.
The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:
- Additional time needed for ring sizing
- The time needed to create your personalized and special ordered items
- Items shipping from different locations on different days*

*Special orders, personalized merchandise, and Design-A-Ring orders may ship from different locations on different days. The Estimated Arrival Date for each item will appear in the Shopping Bag, throughout the Checkout process, and in the Order Confirmation.
**The Estimated Arrival Date on individual product pages will default to ground shipping or any shipping promotions current at the time of the order. Selecting alternate shipping methods may change the Estimated Arrival Date. You may also have multiple Estimated Arrival Dates within one order or several items.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re not happy and we will make it right. You can return your item by RMA Number for up to 7 days of purchase or exchange it within 7 days.
We will gladly issue a refund or apply store Credit for Future Purchases.
- Watches that haven’t been special ordered and accessories can be returned if they’re unworn or unaltered and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty information to Jewel Empire within 7 days of purchase.
- You can’t return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered watches or any personalized engraved merchandise.
To return a shipped item to Jewel Empire, please follow these steps (they’re also on your packing slip).
- Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you’re returning.
- Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
- Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box.
- Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price.
- Your packing slip MUST accompany the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
- We’ll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.

Your mounting is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase for your jewelry against all defects in material or workmanship.
We’ll replace or repair your mounting at no cost to you if any defects are found during this 2-month period. (Diamond, gemstone not Included)
We also guarantee the accurate carat weight of your diamond or gemstone and the gold content of your mounting.
If – for any reason – you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days as originally purchased with Approved (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization or exchange it within 7 days of purchase, Subject to any altered-on merchandise.
